About
Andreas Pfohl is an award-winning commercial director, photographer, and writer. He began his career in the advertising industry before studying Production and Media Management at the renowned University of Television and Film Munich (HFF Munich).His work has been screened at international festivals, including the Hof International Film Festival and the Cannes Film Festival as part of the Next Generation Short Tiger programme. He has received scholarships from VGF and VFF and was nominated for the SRG SSR Newcomer Directing Award.His commercial work has been recognised by the Clio Awards, New York Festivals, The Young Ones, Spotlight Festival, The ANDYs, and received a nomination for the Porsche Award.Since 2022, Andreas has been working at Odeon Fiction, a LEONINE Studios company and part of the Mediawan Group, where he oversees international co-productions with a focus on development, financing, and strategic partnerships.
